As it is a civil action, hearsay evidence is admissible. There is no need for the rigorous evidence needed in a crimianl court.<BR/><BR/>If you breach the terms of an ASBO (such as not playing music loud, not going to certain places, not buying any more pets, etc), you can be arrested and if you keep on doing it, you can be jailed.<BR/><BR/>Not always very fair, but quite effective.Matthew Celestinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02874430461346560520noreply@blogger.com
