Funny, I am not much of a Kennedy supporter but this picture of him seems much better than the image of a John Wayne-like president ushering us to the brink of nuclear war because he wanted to see the other guy back down first.
I agree with both presidents that we could use many thousands of new teachers. At the salary teachers make in this country it should be one of the most competitive fields to get into. Sadly it isn't because it is both nationalized and unionized, a combination that should not be allowed. All it does is let that group wage war on the citizens of this country. Anyway I think it should be hard to keep a teaching job and that teachers should be evaluated in the classroom not based on the performance of the students.
