Currently, the soldiers familys get $12,425, the new plan is $100,000.
Ok, so did we react to the the terrorist victems with to much federal money, or are the soldiers still being underpaid?

Helps a lot after their dead...
The money paid to the 9-11 victems should not have come from federal budget.
