Don't be silly. You're taking Rush Limbaugh's arguement without any thought for the fact that the cartoonists who create these cartoons may be trying to say something else other than a comment on her Rice's race. No-one is claiming asserting that she's not an outstanding role model for self development and success through hard work. The cartoons are saying that she's giving in too easily to Bush's point of view, to his assertions, seemingly without questioning them. For a former lecturer from Stanford to take the party line as fully and clearly as Rice has done is outstanding - not because she's black but because people expected more depth from her than that which we've seen. It's because people are disappointed, not because they're racist.
The first cartoon in Limbaugh's page shows her as a lapdog - the race issue is immaterial.

It seems to me that RL has picked up on the race issue because it's an easy target. This says to me that he thinks there's something to exploit. Rather than addressing the real issue he targets an aspect of the Condoleeza Rice affair that isn't even mentioned by the mainstream and leftwing press. He's waylaying the arguement to create a false sense of controversy.
