The Red Voice: Reality Check: We're Winning

The Red Voice: Reality Check: We're Winning

"WASHINGTON, Oct. 30, 2005 – Coalition forces foiled a terrorist ambush in an area northwest of Baghdad late Oct. 29, military officials reported today."

Nice post on the war in Iraq.

Undeniable Truth in Life: Part 19

#19: The only way liberals win national elections is by pretending they're not liberals.

If a liberal campaigns with his true self, I.E. Howard dean, then they don't win the election. Even J. F. Kerry moved away from the left in his campaign, and as we speak, Hilary is distancing herself.

Sorry about the delay, the entire divison of Anti-ignorant warriors was away for a few days, reciving advanced training.

Undeniable Truth in Life part 18

#18: Morality is not defined by individual choice.

If everyone made their own desicions about morality, then we would have no use for laws, and no way to morally enforce them.

Miers Withdraws Supreme Court Nomination - Yahoo! News

WASHINGTON - Harriet Miers withdrew her nomination to be a Supreme Court justice Thursday in the face of stiff opposition and mounting criticism about her qualifications.

Late breaking coverage from your anti-ignorance warriors!

She was a nice lady, but someone else would have been a better nominie.

Undeniable truths in life: Part 17

#17: There is something wrong when critics say the problem with America is too much religion.

In history, what nation has gone without a faith of any kind? Lets see.. The egyptians? Nope. Persians? Nope. Greeks? Nope. Romans? Not until its collapse. All the barbarian tribes in history, like the Vikings or Mongols? Nope. The British Empire? Nope. America? We've had Christianity since before day 1.

Without a faith, people become angry, bitter, and lack hope. With a faith in a religion, esspesially christianty, the people of an empire are more unitied and stand stronger together, even if it is a different religion. In america, most charities were founded by our churches, and education was originally done by the churches.

Something is indeed wrong, when a critic trys to draw attention to himself by saying their is too much religion.

Israel should be ‘wiped off the map

FT.com / World / Middle East & Africa - Israel should be ‘wiped off the map’ says Iran:
"Middle EastMahmoud Ahmadi-Nejad, Iran’s fundamentalist president, on Wednesday declared that Israel should be “wiped off the map” and warned Arab countries against developing economic ties with Israel in response to its withdrawal from Gaza....
The president told an audience of students there was “no doubt the new wave [of attacks] in Palestine will soon wipe off this disgraceful blot from the face of the Islamic world”.

“Anybody who recognises Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation’s fury,” he said, in remarks aimed at Arab states""

Great. And is it a wonder why Iran is the peak of the Axis of Evil? No. Not only do they support terrorism against the US, the're entire being is devoted to blowing isreal of the earth. With the development of their nuclear aresenal, they won't be at a lack of reasorces to do so either.

Schwarzenegger Vows to Rein in Spending

Schwarzenegger Vows to Rein in Spending: "'They have come to me with ideas like raising the property tax, raising the income tax, raising the taxes on the rich, raising the sales tax, and the tax on gasoline,' the governor said, referring to the Legislature's Democratic leadership, which opposes the initiative.

Schwarzenegger said Democratic leaders 'always want more because they are spending addicts _ they cannot help themselves.'"

And they are a bunch of scared liberal girly men!

Californa needs some fiscal discipline, maybe this iniative has what it takes to get them started on it.

Save Texas Marriage! Vote AGAINST the Constitutional Amendment

Save Texas Marriage! Vote AGAINST Constitutional Amendment #2!

This site has a bunch of automated phone lines, and called us the other day, essentially saying everything that is on it's site, and ended the call with "God bless you". Well, this caught me off gaurd, and made us suspicious, so I did some reaserch on it, and found this entire thing to be a hoax.

News story
" COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 25 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Attempts in Texas to defeat a constitutional amendment to define marriage as the union of a man and a woman have degenerated to deceptive phone calls and e-mails intended to mislead voters. Focus on the Family Senior Vice President of Government and Public Policy Tom Minnery expressed his outrage that a group supporting same-sex marriage would resort to such tactics.

"We are appalled that the group Save Texas Marriage has undertaken a campaign of blatant misinformation designed to confuse the voters of Texas," Minnery said. "Opponents of the marriage-protection amendment have no effective arguments so they have reverted to lies.""

Which is kind of what I figured from the beginnng.

So if you live in texas, please spread this around. Unwitting voters may be decieved.

The Earth Can Be Moved: Bomb Scare

And now for a story out of the humor section:
Bomb Scare at a Military Academy.

Greenspan replaced

BREITBART.COM - Just The News

" President Bush named top White House economic adviser Ben Bernanke as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board on Monday in place of near- legendary Alan Greenspan as the official in closest control of interest rates.

Bernanke instantly announced his first priority would be "to maintain continuity with the policies and policy strategies under the Greenspan era."

" Greenspan, who became chairman in 1987, completes his current term on Jan. 31. By naming a successor more than three months in advance, Bush appeared to be trying to clear the path for a smooth transition."

And now for an obscure media bias that left me scratching my head...
" Greenspan did not speak at the brief announcement ceremony, a sure sign that his power is ebbing. For two decades, it has been his voice that has mattered most in Washington and many capitals around the world when it comes to key economy matters. His pronouncements, famously opaque, are scrutinized carefully for signs of future policy direction."

Whatever... Glad Bush is thinking ahead.

Ties to Saddam and Al Qaeda in the UN

FOXNews.com - U.S. & World - U.N. Procurement Scandal: Ties to Saddam and Al Qaeda: "It now appears that while doing business with the U.N., IHC had links both to Saddam Hussein’s old sanctions-busting networks, and to a Liechtenstein-based businessman, Engelbert Schreiber, Jr., known among other things for his ties to a figure designated by the U.N. itself as a financier of Al Qaeda (search).

Registered in New York State, with offices in New York City and Milan, IHC has been involved in possibly hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of business with the U.N. since the mid-1990s, serving both as a direct supplier and as a go-between for a wide variety of other contractors. This work has included IHC’s signing or helping to broker contracts for supplies ranging from portable generators to rations for U.N. peacekeeping troops in such trouble spots as West Africa and the Middle East."

Double Feature today

Greetings all. I've been busy and have forgotten my duty to aid in the attempt to push back the frontiers of ignorance. To try to attone, I will be presenting the next two truths.

13: If you commit a crime, you are guilty.
This is an easy one. It makes sense(or so I'd hope, otherwise PB and I will have to redouble our efforts >_<)

14: The way to improve schools is not more money. It's introduction of moral and spiritual values, as well as the "4 R's": reading, 'riting, 'rithmatic, and Rush.
More money is not the answer. Alabama's school system showed us that. These suggested principles really would work (although I do realize that Rush is not for everyone, sadly...), but, thanks to a number of things, mostly stemming from our modernist, reletivistic society, the basics of right and wrong, lessons which will stand anyone in better stead than any degree, are outlawed.

Undeniable Truths in Life: Part 12

Quiet simple, ENFORCE OUR LAWS, DON"T MAKE NEW ONES.

Big win for gun industry in House

Big win for gun industry in House / Bush says he'll sign bill to shield dealers: "The bill, which the House passed 283-144, now goes to President Bush, who has pledged to sign it into law.

'Our laws should punish criminals who use guns to commit crimes, not law-abiding manufacturers of lawful products,' Bush said in a statement after the legislation passed.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., a staunch supporter of gun control, said the measure would shut the courthouse door to victims.

'I just find it an absolute travesty that these people who are going to be killed (and) maimed by weapons that have been negligently handled (will) have no recourse,' Feinstein said. 'And it's the only industry in America that's this way.'"

This is good. Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
I'm suprised it passed the senate though.

The NRA has done so much more that is useful in this nation then the ACLU, NAALP, and Moveon.org combined.

Undeniable truths in life: Part 11

#11: Poverty is not the root ("rut") cause of crime

Crime is caused by the basic evilness of man, and while poverty can enhance the desperation and amount of this evil, it is not the cause of it.

Undeniable Truth in Life: Part 10

#10: The 1980s was not a decade of greed but a decade of prosperity - it was the longest period of peacetime growth in American history.

Americans wanting an end to confiscitory taxes under the Carter administration was not greed, but a righting of wrongs. Because of the lower taxes and more friendly buisness enviroment, we had the longest period of growth in american history, argueably stretching even to 1999.

Undeniable Truths: Part 9

#9: Ronald Reagan was the greatest president of the twentieth century.

He was voted the Greatest American (although I still think that Winston Churchill should have been it), did the most against Communism of any president (a true cancer upon the world) and had a great sense of humor. Ronald Reagan was a true and good leader, and the world is a better place for the 90+ years he was on it.

Saddam brought to trial

BREITBART.COM - Just The News: "Saddam Hussein went on trial Wednesday for a massacre of his fellow Iraqis, turning immediately argumentative and challenging the legitimacy of the court as he appeared before a five-judge panel in the former headquarters of his Baath Party two years after his capture.

Saddam and seven former members of his regime face charges of murder, torture, forced expulsion and illegal imprisonment for a 1982 massacre of nearly 150 Shiites in the town of Dujail. They could face the death penalty _ by hanging _ if they are convicted."

Pretty steep charges.

"I hope he is executed, and that anyone who suffered can take a piece of his flesh," said Shanan, who was imprisoned during Saddam's rule, as was Sabiha and several of their sons."

Ilegal immigrants to be expelled

BREITBART.COM - Just The News: "Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said his department aims without exception to expel all those who enter the United States illegally.

'Our goal at DHS (Homeland Security) is to completely eliminate the 'catch and release' enforcement problem, and return every single illegal entrant, no exceptions."

BRAVO!!! Lets enforece our laws!!!

" Chertoff's remarks in favor of returning "every illegal entrant, no exceptions""

YES!!!
