"The European Union forces Microsoft to make a version of Windows that doesn't include Windows Media Player. So, Microsoft makes Windows XP N. But then Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, and Fujitsu Siemens all say they're not going to use XP N, because customers want a media player included in their operating system."
