Who was it who said the best way to crash a country is to debauch its currency?
I believe I made reference once to Obama flying the plane right into the ground on purpose. He's not flying a plane. He's making us bungee-jump without the rope.
It was orgininally Lenin's observation, but the Economist Kaynes who states
'"Lenin was right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. '
After that analogy, I don't like bungee jumping.
