Chirac was speaking french, when he is fluent in english, at a US/UK banquet.
After all Bush was willing to forgive yesterday, this is very arrogant from a nation that doesn't even have an aircraft carrier for its navy.

Forget Aircraft carriers. This is just arrogant. Funny, but arrogant. No one can cop an FU attitide like the French. Annoying as heck, but I have to admire that FU attitude. Speaking in French at the dinner...that is hilarious.
Bush should have taken out a book and read. Or perhaps made some cell-phone calls.
