Radical cleric banned from Britain

Guardian Unlimited

"The radical Muslim cleric Omar Bakri Mohammed was today excluded from Britain, the Home Office said."

He was recieveing state benifits, then they revoked them, so he packed up and left, leaving his wife and kids behind.

"Inayat Bunglawala, of the Muslim Council of Britain, said: "Omar Bakri is unlikely to be missed by the vast majority of British Muslims. With his often very offensive remarks, he has contributed towards the demonisation of British Muslims.""
