Story: "The driver of a sport utility vehicle packed with suspected illegal immigrants flipped over while trying to elude federal agents, killing nine people and injuring 12, officials said.
Five of the injured, including a pregnant woman, were hospitalized in critical condition in Yuma and Phoenix, most with head trauma.
Five people were pronounced dead along the road Monday while four others died at Yuma Regional Medical Center, according to the U.S. Border Patrol. Three men and six women died.
The Chevy Suburban was carrying 21 people — all Mexican citizens — when the driver tried to circumvent a checkpoint on the highway more than 30 miles north of Yuma, according to authorities."
How in the world do you fit 21 people into a chevy suburban? Man, they must really want to get into the US, really bad. Not only will they become criminals in a forign land to do it, they stuff themselves like sardines to enter America. And I'm glad the border patrol found this, there 21 people that won't be entering the US illegally today. While its a shame the 5 people died, they shouldn't have been there in the first place.

I know a guy who's parents immigrated illegaly. They went back to Mexico for awhile and when they came back they had to illegally recross the border.
They stacked people laying down in a pickup truck bed shoulder to foot to shoulder as tightly as possible and then laid down a sheet of plywood across the people then they put down another layer. and another etc. until the truck was full. They probably did something similar in the suburban.
If the driver is alive, then they need to prosecute him for 2nd degree homicide.

To Anonymous, we should have mercy whenever possible, at the same time should people be let go even though their actions have harmed or in this case killed others? Those 5 lives could be alive now even if they were caught, they would be returned to Mexico. Mexico is not the US but at least they are living. Because of some reckless immigrant smuggler, those 5 are no longer alive. Should he be allowed to try this again and kill 5 or 10 more next time?
