Florida city considers eminent domain on 6000 homes

Florida city considers eminent domain - Nation/Politics - The Washington Times, America's Newspaper:

"Florida's Riviera Beach is a poor, predominantly black, coastal community that intends to revitalize its economy by using eminent domain, if necessary, to displace about 6,000 local residents and build a billion-dollar waterfront yachting and housing complex. "

I don't think a comment needs to be made, except that if they lowered taxes, removed some regulations, and made the area for industry friendly, the economc depression would leave.
