Small businesses are becoming more and more common. As these businesses grow, they will eventually become big businesses, possibly rating a highrise office complex, and eventually rising to the level of Corporate Empire. Americans, for the most part, are ambitious hard workers, unlike, say, the oil tycoons in the Middle East who simply sit around, dictate policy and let the money come pouring in from oil wells that they hardly ever visit.

Gross Domestic Product is our anual production, and it is increasing. ( http://www.bea.gov/bea/newsrel/gdpnewsrelease.htm )
Inheritance is not new production, it is money being passed down.
We also have more wealth in this country, more millionaries and people owning expenive real estate then ever before.
